1 event day — staffing is priced per day.

Staffing

Give us clock-in and clock-out times for each role, then add paid prep time so staff can be trained, briefed and in uniform before doors open.

8 h on site + 1 h prep = 9 paid hours per person

Training & prep

Training calls are added to every estimate as a line item. Choose the format your program needs; leave the date blank if it isn't scheduled yet.

When you need the confirmed staffing list (names and photos) for credentialing.

When the certificate of insurance needs to be in your hands.

Estimates go out within 48 hours of your request. If you're on a tighter timeline, tell us in the notes and we'll work with you.
